Shipping
- Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days via DHL GoGreen.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the package. Shipping is free for orders over €80.
Returning an item
- If you do not like the item you ordered, you have a 14-day right of return. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you. We will refund you as soon as possible for the cost of the goods only, not the shipping costs.
Complaints
- We pack all our ceramic items with the utmost care and attention, but things can still go wrong! If you find that the products delivered are damaged, we offer the option of a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@sotsot.org and send us photos of the item.
